From earth to hearth
Mini strawberries, Fragoline, Raspberries, Ribes, Red currant, Blueberries and soft fruit grown spontaneous in our woods or by our planting. Dewberries and Blackberries and even Chokecherry and Cornelian cherry autochthonous further in proximity of our fields and so on with Goji, Sea-buckthorn and Elderberry.
Disclosing local and spontaneous strains as wild rose and hawthorn berry and give them valorisation unveil the real nature of our project.
Our little fruits, availables from june exactly as natural cycle of season is. They'll be harvested manually at the beginning of sunrise and lay immediately in our air-conditioned room to keep their properties at the best. At this point the Fruits have just two ways: the restaurants in the same day of the harvest or starting with our lavoration for the marmelades.
Mountains, typical characteristic of our strong territory, were our perfect deal to aim for, with high quality farming.
Waiting for the upgrade classifying and the biodynamic certification of our colture.
We have select fallow and uncultivated fields. Fields that have never seen chemical invasive works leaving untouched the original ambient growed up immeditly by our activity all natural and almost handmade.
