Made by a process of warm fermentation of maceration the hay from the Careggine's meadows starting with more than 20 different vegetal extracts. Like all the other syrups you can use it in thousand way for cooking and expecially suitable in combination with milk products because of natural food for cattle.
You can taste hay mark flavour with clear fresh-cut grass and chamomile. A curiosity... the best match for this syrup, except underage, is with the Grappa!!!!
